At ForzaPure, we are committed to providing you with the highest quality supplements to support your vitality. Due to the nature of our products and for health and safety reasons, we maintain a strict but fair return and refund policy.

 Returns & Exchanges

Since we sell health and wellness products, we do not accept returns once an order has been shipped. This ensures that every product you receive is brand new, sealed, and safe for consumption.

 

📦 DELIVERY ISSUES & RETURNS

At Forzapure, we take full responsibility for the quality of our shipping. If you encounter any issue with your delivery, please follow the guidelines below:

  • Damaged Items or Errors: You have 14 days after delivery to report a damaged product or a shipping error to support@forzapure.com. Please provide your order number and clear photos.

  • Failed Delivery: If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer's absence, or failure to claim the package, the customer is responsible for all reshipping costs. After analyzing your request, we may issue Store Credit (Gift Card) for the order or product value if the claim is deemed legitimate. No monetary refunds will be issued.

  • Lost or Stolen Packages: Forzapure is not responsible for packages confirmed as "Delivered" by the carrier. We will provide all tracking data for your investigation with the shipping company.

  • Our Solution: For all validated issues, we strictly issue Store Credit (Gift Card) equal to the order or product value. In accordance with health and safety reasons, we do not accept physical returns and no monetary refunds will be granted.

🚫 Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order, you must do so before it is processed by our fulfillment center. Once a tracking number has been generated, the order can no longer be cancelled or modified, as it is already being prepared for shipment.

 

🌍 INTERNATIONAL ORDERS (FRANCE, UK, CANADA)

We are proud to serve our international community! Please review our specific policies for orders shipped outside the USA:

  • 📦 Customs & Import Duties: Your order may be subject to local customs fees, import duties, or VAT. These charges are not included in our shipping rates and are the sole responsibility of the customer.

  • 🚫 Refused Shipments: If a package is returned to ForzaPure because the customer refused to pay local customs duties or taxes, the original shipping fees will not be refunded.

  • 💳 Store Credit & Deductions: As per our policy, refunds are issued exclusively as Store Credit (Digital Gift Card). Any return shipping costs incurred by ForzaPure to bring the package back will be deducted from your final Store Credit amount.
